Cigar Bundles Cuban Sandwich Habano Churchill

The Cuban Sandwich Habano Churchill cigars are proudly handmade at our own Las Villas Cigar Factory in Estelí, Nicaragua, where we oversee every step of production from raw tobacco to finished bundle. By producing these cigars in-house, we maintain full control over tobacco selection, construction, aging, and quality standards.

Each cigar is rolled using the traditional Cuban sandwich method, placing carefully selected long-filler tobaccos at the center of the blend for strength and flavor, then surrounding them with premium short-filler leaves to ensure a consistent burn and smooth draw. The blend is finished with a bold Habano wrapper, chosen for its rich color, natural oils, and ability to deliver spice and depth.

All tobaccos used at Las Villas are properly fermented and aged before rolling. Once constructed, each cigar is hand-bunched, pressed, draw-tested, and rested in our aging rooms to allow the flavors to marry and the cigar to stabilize before packaging. This final aging step is critical to achieving a smooth, balanced smoking experience from start to finish.
