The Cuban Sandwich Habano Toro cigars are proudly handmade at the Las Villas Cigar Factory in Estelí, Nicaragua, where traditional Cuban-style techniques meet modern quality control. Each cigar is rolled by skilled Nicaraguan torcedores using the Cuban sandwich method, a time-honored process that places carefully selected long-filler tobaccos in the center of the cigar, surrounded by premium short-filler leaves to ensure even combustion and consistent flavor.

All tobaccos used in these cigars are properly fermented and aged before rolling, allowing the natural oils and aromas to fully develop. Once blended, the filler is finished with a bold Habano wrapper, chosen for its rich color, elasticity, and ability to add spice and depth to the final profile.

After rolling, each cigar is hand-bunched, pressed, and draw-tested, then placed in aging rooms at the factory to rest and stabilize before being bundled. This final resting period ensures a smooth draw, steady burn, and balanced flavor from first light to final inch.
