Return Policy

All Sales are Final.

Stogies Depot assures that all our cigars and products are fresh and factory sealed. If you are not satisfied with our products you can request a return authorization. All we ask that the return comes back in the same sealed box as we ship them. If they are loose cigars, please make sure that we receive them in the same condition as we shipped them. If the product is damaged, please send pictures and we cover all shipping costs.

  2. Let us know the problem.
  3. We will create an RMA
  4. If its a defect or damaged in shipping we will e-mail you return label for your return.
  5. On a return, once we have received your cigars or accessories back, we will process a refund back to your method of payment.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
